      - A 3 to 4 hour hiking route. (Time depends on speed of group)
      - Sample some "volcanic cuisine" in the most charming villages.
      - Visit to Besalú, one of Catalonia's medieval wonders.

Certain parts of the route have steep ascending and descending slopes. It is advisable that participants have a certain level of physical fitness and are used to walking over uneven land.

The best: A walk through a very varied landscape, a little break in the crater of a volcano and a stroll through a medieval village which seems to have been forgotten by time.

We especially recommended it if you enjoy spending your time surrounded by nature and you are interested in Catalan culture and gastronomy.
