A FULL DAY TOUR ON THE COSTA DAURADA (GOLDEN COAST)

Tarragona, 56 kilometers south of Barcelona on the coast, has a spectacular Roman amphitheatre on the beach, the aqueduct Pont Del Diable, the Devil's Bridge, 200 metres long and 30 metres high and a Cathedral built in 1171 AD with tapestries, carvings and a marble altar.

At 12.30 we go to the Roc de Sant Gaieta, a village built on the rocky shoreline and arrive at Sitges at 2 PM for lunch.

Sitges, an old fishing and farming town, is at the foot of the Garraf Massif. Today it famous for its International Film Festival of Catalonia, Carnival, culture and nightlife, and home to Santiago Rusiñol and Ramon Casas.

During the afternoon you can take a walk in the Gothic Quarter or go the beach, and we will meet again at 6 PM ato return to Barcelona.
