Spanish Cooking Class Barcelona
HALF DAY COOKING CLASS
Spanish cuisine is soaked in tradition and history and is a culmination of influences from Roman, Arab, Jewish and other cultures. In our hands on Spanish Cooking Class you will learn to cook traditional and delicious Spanish dishes such as paella, tapas and gazpacho, whilst enjoying local wine. Once the class is over enjoy your meal in a friendly and casual atmosphere.
Optional: Previous to the cooking class you can start with a walking tour around the famous Boqueria market, getting plenty of tips on picking local, fresh and seasonal products for your spanish cooking.
This activity is a cross between a cooking class and a demonstration. We limit participation as groups generally enjoy a few sangria's and we do not want any fingers cut off!

SPANISH COOKING DEMONSTRATION
On a budget? Our Spanish Cooking Demonstration is an excellent alternative to our Cooking Class. The first thing you will learn to make is sangría... The bottles and the ingredients will then be left on your table for you to help yourself through the duration of the rest of the class. Next, you will learn how to make some tapas, and snack on them, whilst you are shown how to make paella. Feast upon this Spanish delight to finish off your class!
Note: This is not a hands-on experience. Due to budget and time restriction participation is limited. For a full hands on experience we recommend the Spanish Cooking CLASS.
